- The role of exercise in healthy ageing and the relationship between physical activity and functional health
- Digital marketing management principles in active and healthy communities
- Project management concepts and principles
- Disability health issues, considerations and support strategies
- The importance of physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle
- Physiological basis of nutritional requirements and food habits
- Role of community development and initiatives in the lives of people who are marginalised in our communities
