Aims
The Digital Health minor aims to provide human nutrition students with foundational knowledge and understanding of digital health technology and its application in health settings, helping students enter the workforce with the ability to critically approach new challenges in contemporary healthcare.
Learning outcomes
On completion students will be able to:

Understand and critically evaluate the evidence for the utilisation of technology interventions in health
2.
Understand the technological and equipment requirements of a health provider and the consumer in the delivery of telehealth programs
3.
Apply innovative thinking in the utilisation and analysis of population data to address a health problem
4.
Develop basic communication skills for the provision of nutrition education to individuals and groups
