Aims

The course specialisation has been developed to serve the needs of the Australian maritime industries by providing professional engineers specifically educated in the field. The collaboration between Flinders University and the Australian Maritime College makes use of the strengths of the two institutions including the Australian Maritime College's uniquely maritime focus and its wide variety of specialist facilities to produce graduates with a strong "hands on" approach to complement their theoretical studies. Graduates of this award will ensure that Australia stays at the forefront of worldwide maritime technology.
