Aims
This course aims to provide students with an introduction to law and the Australian legal system.
Learning outcomes
On completion of the course you will be able to:

Apply basic knowledge of key areas of current Australian law in response to a range of legal contexts
2.
Analyse Australian law in relation to a range of legal contexts
3.
Use plain English vocabulary, legal terminology and conventions as appropriate to the situation, to convey your knowledge, reasoning and decisions in a clear and fluent manner
