Overview

This topic will explore ways to create educational programs and lessons to support learning, communication and behaviour for learners with additional support needs. Preservice teachers will integrate theories of learning, assessments and effective teaching strategies in preparing well-designed programs and lessons for use in the classroom.

Cultivate an advanced understanding of effective ways teachers design personalised curriculum for students with additional needs
Examine general principles of learning, assessment and curriculum design for students with additional support learning needs
