Aims

This topic aims to provide the training and examination that will prepare the student for external examination to gain the first part of the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) industry qualification.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Perform basic configurations for routers, switches and networking services (DHCP, NAT)

Design subnet masks and addresses to fulfil given requirements in IPv4 and IPv6 networks

Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills using real equipment and Cisco Packet Tracer
