This topic is concerned with the design and management of patient or client services. The topic will explore the underlying data collection and analysis procedures to develop an understanding of the methods that can be applied to health care management.
Aims
This topic aims to:
- Provide an understanding of the type of information available in the health care system
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the processes of evaluating clinical data for service provision and improvement
