Aims
This topic aims to:
- Provide an overview of the law relating to intellectual property, focussing in particular on the protection of confidentiality, copyright, moral rights, designs, inventions, business reputation and trade marks; and
- Provide an understanding of the social and economic context in which the law operates
- Offer opportunities for the development and practice of the skills of research and written communication
