Aims
This topic aims to:
- Provide students with knowledge about the context and the principles of Australian administrative law at both a State and Commonwealth level
- Provide students with an opportunity to apply these principles and formulate and evaluate solutions to Australian administrative law issues and problems
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Identify the foundations, context, and principles of Australian administrative law at both a State and Commonwealth level
2.
Apply common law and legislative principles to administrative law problems in merits review and judicial review, in order to formulate a response and discuss its efficacy
