Aims
This topic aims to provide students with an understanding of social media marketing concepts and tools, and how they can be applied in a business context. It is aimed at raising student awareness of the ways social media platforms can impact businesses, and create new opportunities for them to achieve their marketing objectives. Students will learn how and why marketers use certain platforms to attain a desired objective, and how to use different metrics to interpret the success of these tactics. They will also learn how to plan, develop and implement strategies.
