This topic aims to equip students with an understanding of the key strategic management theoretical concepts, frameworks, and planning techniques in order for them to employ them in a broad range of business situations and use them to find solutions to business problems. The topic also includes exploration of new and emerging business models disrupting the status quo in many business sectors nationally and internationally and providing inspiration for entrepreneurial undertakings.
