Aims
This topic aims to:
- Develop preservice teachers’ knowledge of the concepts, substance, structure and teaching strategies in a teaching area
- Introduce preservice teachers to relevant curriculum policy and curriculum frameworks
- Extend preservice teachers’ understanding of learning design processes, including curriculum, pedagogical strategies and assessment
- Support preservice teachers in developing effective teaching and learning sequences
