In this topic, students will learn:
- How to manage a crime scene
- How to control, record and collect a scene
- How to ensure the integrity of items collect at a scene
- How to ensure a full documentation is created and chain of custody
- How to consider the evidence and establish working hypotheses
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Work as a forensic team at a crime scene, and perform corresponding tasks

Take control of a group and establish a command system, especially in the context of a forensic examination of a crime scene
3.
Document a crime scene effectively
4.
Present evidence obtained from a crime scene in written and oral form
