This topic aims to:
- Develop students’ ability to analyse the significance of culture in communication practices in social and professional settings
- Enhance students’ knowledge of the models and techniques used to study the cultural elements embedded in social interactions and workplace contexts
- Promote intercultural competence and an appreciation of the issues involved in multicultural societies and organisations
