Aims

This topic aims to provide students with an understanding of the key processes involved in the production of different wine styles in the Australian context, including the various costs involved in the many stages of product development and retail; potential problems and how to manage or mitigate against them. Students will gain insight into the range of considerations needed when establishing wine grape growing business from grape to table.
