Aims

This topic aims to achieve:

  • Understanding of the nature and importance of leadership in business and society
  • Understanding of the differences between leadership and management
  • An appreciation of the types of leadership and how they impact on business, society and those led
  • An understanding of how leaders lead and how leadership is practised
