Students will be required to conduct research in their chosen field of specialisation and communicate the results to a variety of audiences.

Aims
This topic aims to provide you with a range of research methods and theories upon which you will conduct project based research on your chosen area of specialisation. You will be required to communicate your findings, both orally and in writing, in a manner appropriate for a selection of audiences. You will be encouraged to think creatively, to integrate and apply knowledge and skills acquired throughout your studies, to identify and solve real business problems or address existing issues present in organisations.
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Assess local and global business markets to identify a new business market
2.
Synthesize a body of literature relevant to new business markets including opportunities
3.
Critically analyse data and evidence used to inform business decisions at the leadership level
4.
Apply an appropriate research methodology to solve a contemporary business issue relevant to Industry 4.0 or Industry 5.0 for a specific organizational case study
