This topic aims to provide students with the ability to:
- Analyze the communication-driven actions and behaviours associated with organisations
- Critically evaluate decisions made in communicating about and managing a crisis
- Analyze ethical factors in organisational communication
- Understand best practices in crisis and reputation management
- Understand the causes of misunderstanding and miscommunication in organisational contexts and be prepared to avoid them
