This topic focuses on deepening students' psycho-physical, interpretive and expressive skills, and the synthesis of this embodied knowledge into contemporary and heightened-language texts. Students will be empowered to begin to develop their own processes of work for live and digital (screen) spaces.

Aims
This topic aims to:
- Assist students to begin to develop and articulate a bespoke working process
- Provide students with a variety of tools for interpreting a range of contemporary and twentieth century texts to create interpretative performance
- Build the students’ ability to apply their developing skills across a variety of styles and performance demands
- Assist students in transferring psycho-physical, interpretive and expressive skills to digital (screen) spaces
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Integrate psycho-physical, interpretive awareness with text and outwardly-directed energy
2.
Employ advanced, embodied text analysis techniques to complex text, both contemporary and heightened
3.
Modify the scene analysis framework (action/objective) for screen
4.
Unify complex layers (i.e. facts v invention/imagination) in both live and digital spaces
5.
Examine their sophisticated understanding of acting practices
