Aims
This topic aims to:
- Assist students in deepening and personalising their psycho-physical, behavioural, and expressive range
- Assist students in integrating a range of psycho-physical choices into dramaturgical scores that are unfamiliar
- Empower students to apply a range of choices to the process of transformation
- Deepen the students’ psycho-physical stamina, power, range, and nuance
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:
1.
Combine principles of text structure, pitch, rhythm, and image/metaphor
2.
Synthesise stamina, range and articulation into extant and improvisatory text
3.
Adapt expressive psycho-physical and interpretive skills to an established dance-theatre choreography
4.
Integrate psycho-physical skills to an extant, and improvised/devised dramaturgical score
5.
Produce an artist journal/self-reflection examining your sophisticated understanding of learning tasks associated with the expansion of expressive range
