Aims
This topic aims to:
- Understand research design and methods appropriate to their research project
- Engage with a conceptual and theoretical framework which will underpin their research
- Develop an understanding of how to design a research project and its research methods
- Develop skills in presenting their proposal and interpreting, and acting on, responses
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Articulate their understanding of research methods and design through a presentation to peers and staff
