Aims
Students will be provided with the opportunity to:
- Explore the principles and importance of knowledge translation in the fields of sport, exercise and active recreation;
Develop effective oral and written communication skills for presenting and disseminating sport science and physical activity information in academic and non-academic settings.
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Identify and analyze sport science and physical activity epidemiology research findings that are relevant to a lay audience
2.
Apply effective strategies for translating complex sport science and physical activity epidemiology concepts into clear, concise, and engaging language and visuals suitable for non-experts.
3.
Analyse and critique existing sport science and physical activity research communication materials, including articles, press releases, and popular media coverage
