Aims

This topic aims to provide students with the opportunity to contribute back to the field they are about to enter by way of completing an industry generated project. Students extend their research and project management skills through the development, implementation and evaluation of the project.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:
1.
Develop a project brief based on the needs identified by the industry partner, a literature review and the principles of project management
2.
Work collaboratively with an agency as client to develop, implement and evaluate a project
3.
Present project work back to the community at a professional level commensurate with a beginning level therapist
