Aims
The aim of this topic is to:
- Introduce principles of pathophysiology and pharmacology in the management of health conditions across the lifespan based on regional, national, and global health priorities
- Discuss interprofessional care of health conditions across the lifespan based on regional, national, and global health priorities
- Develop critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing management of health conditions across the lifespan based on regional, national, and global health priorities
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Distinguish the disease trajectory and interprofessional treatment options for health conditions across the lifespan based on regional, national, and global health priorities

Analyse and interpret evidence on pharmacological interventions and the impact on pathophysiology, patient therapy and patient outcomes
