Aims

This topic aims to equip students with a range of skills, both theoretical, academic, practical and professional as they relate to the conduct of ethical research.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Assess your own strengths and weaknesses in relation to research skills, and take steps to address the latter
2.
Employ critical reading and writing skills within a research context
3.
Design and develop a viable research project proposal and present this to your peers
4.
Critique your own work and that of peers in a constructive manner
