Aims
This topic aims to assist students to:
- Develop specialised knowledge and skills to for working with children and young people who have experienced trauma
- Students will learn to centred the child and young person as their primary consideration in consideration of their developmental needs, service context and complexity
- Draw on contemporary theories and knowledge to understand trauma and the impact of trauma
