Aims
This topic aims to introduce the Australian Legal System and provide an understanding of Business and Corporations Law. Topics relevant to business and the accounting profession are covered, including Agency and Business Structures and the key features of Contract Law. It covers the concept of the company as a separate legal entity, directors’ duties and the rights of shareholders.
