Aims
This topic aims to consider the application of resilience and emotional intelligence in dealing with challenges in today’s business environments. It also promotes diversity and inclusion in a professional context and aims to develop interpersonal skills in both formal and informal situations, including effective communication, active listening, and teamwork.
