Aims

This topic aims to provide in-depth knowledge and skills on various traditional and contemporary theories of leadership. Students learn how to utilise various theoretical frameworks to lead a highly digitised workforce. Students will familiarise themselves with various new technologies that have digitised the modern day workforce, and analyse various ethical leadership challenges associated with it. Students will learn how to lead the multigenerational workforce and provide an effective leadership to balance human and machine collaboration.
