Aims
This topic aims to provide in-depth knowledge and skills on various components of Australian workplace culture and employee expectations. Students make cross cultural comparisons of national cultures and understand the uniqueness of Australian culture. Australian cultural dimensions will be key to understanding the implications of those national dimensions in Australian workplaces, work etiquettes and employee expectations.
