This will facilitate the application of students digital proficiencies to develop, implement, and assess a genuine industry project. Over this topic, students will be immersed in a collaborative venture, working with a prominent industry partner to realise a comprehensive digital communications campaign.
Prior to commencement, a topic coordinator will engage with the industry partner to draft a proposal, which will articulate the aims and objectives of the project, alongside the necessary competencies required for successful result.
Engagement with the industry partner and the topic coordinator will be integral from the outset, as it will inform the scope of work and ensure alignment with student capability and learning outcomes. This topic is designed to iterate the practical application of theoretical knowledge, ensuring participants emerge with a holistic understanding of the digital communications campaign lifecycle.
Upon completion of the project, students will deliver a capstone presentation to the industry partner and academic faculty, detailing the campaign, its outcomes, and the knowledge gained through this immersive experience.
Throughout this professionally valuable journey, students are expected to express initiative, engage in critical dialogue, and contribute constructively as they navigate a live digital campaign.
