To further support the demands of the training students will extend their fitness through advanced classes in a physical exercise discipline (e.g. Yoga or Pilates)

Aims
This topic aims to provide students with opportunities to:
- Develop complex performance attributes that are associated with the various genres of contemporary dance practice, through research and performance application
- Increase the performer's technical dance capacity and range
- Expand the practice and knowledge of advanced improvisation techniques
- Build a proactive physical training practice that allows for external as well as self-managed improvement/development
