Aims

This topic aims to further enhance student’s skills in assessment, report writing and therapeutic support, and develop relevant competencies as an entry-level developmental educator.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Integrate disability knowledge, skills and professional values as a developmental educator in a practice environment
2.
Demonstrate effective person-centred and interprofessional practice
3.
Demonstrate critical and reflective thinking processes to evaluate one’s own professional practice and performance
