This topic provides student with the opportunity to formulate, develop and implement positive behaviour support (PBS) plans for and with people with disability. Students will apply theoretical knowledge in the field under the supervision of experienced staff and mentors. Aims
This topic enables graduates to:
- Apply PBS theory in practice, including the formulation, development and implementation of evidence-based PBS plans that uphold a person’s human rights.
- Develop skills in practice leadership required to support interdisciplinary teams in a PBS context
