Aims

This topic enables graduates to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based PBS plans that uphold a person’s rights.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:
1.
Develop evidence-based PBS plans guided by a person’s rights, values and preferences
2.
Formulate PBS goals and targeted intervention plans informed by a functional and contextual understanding of behaviour
3.
Develop implementation plans and processes to monitor the fidelity of PBS plan implementation and support plan improvements in partnership with key stakeholders
4.
Compose targeted intervention plans using professional language that is accessible to stakeholders
