Aims
This topic aims for students to have advanced and integrated knowledge of:
- Key diagnostic characteristics of autism spectrum disorder as experienced across the lifespan
- Live experience and neurodiversity perspectives of autism across the lifespan
- National and international guidelines, principles and evidence-based practices for supporting autistic people
