Aims
The topic aims to extend students skills and knowledge to work in allied health settings. Students will demonstrate skills and knowledge in providing services to people with functional difficulties. They will demonstrate safe, ethical and culturally responsive practice.
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Interpret allied health intervention plans to support individual and groups needs

Demonstrate skills in supporting individuals with participation in daily activities
3.
Describe culturally responsive clinical practice
4.
Demonstrate appropriate communication skills with individuals and teams
5.
Demonstrate clinical documentation skills and the use of safe practices for the workplace
6.
Describe the educational role of the allied health professional in supporting individuals and families
