Aims
This topic aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop a supervised research study in the broad area of clinical and health research and/or its contributing disciplines. Students will identify and apply for all relevant levels of approvals to be able to subsequently complete the research component of the degree.
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:
1.
Generate and justify a research question(s) or hypotheses that will generate new knowledge
2.
Design a study which generates a substantial contribution to knowledge by appropriately addressing a research question(s) through suitable research methods and principles
3.
Construct an ethics application for health or clinical-related research and work productively within a team of experts in the field
