Aims
This topic aims to:
- Provide students with an understanding of information technology concepts and their application to legal practice
- Provide students with the foundational skills to create applications and workflows for use in a legal context
- Enable students to use their legal design skills to translate legal problems into application specifications
- Expose students to challenges associated with the use of technology in legal practice, including data privacy, accuracy, intellectual property and access to justice gaps

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Understand practical legal technology skills and how they apply in legal practice
