Aims
This topic aims to:
- Evaluate the models for behaviour change and apply this to supporting positive health self-management
- Provide opportunities for students to develop their skills delivering client centred care and negotiating health goals
- Highlight the importance of empathy, respect, cultural safety and ethical considerations in interpersonal and interprofessional communication
- Provide opportunities for students to develop reflective practice skills
