Aims

This topic aims to:

  • Enhance the students ability to develop a hypothesis and develop experimental approaches to solve problems encountered by molecular bioscience researchers
  • Enhance students ability to critically analyse scientific literature, experimental design and data analysis
  • Provide students with an understanding of the OH&S and other regulatory requirements that are associated with conducting molecular bioscience research
  • Provide students with an understanding of the role molecular bioscience takes in the community and the associated ethical issues
  • Further develop group work and presentation skills
