Aims

This topic aims to develop the skills and knowledge required to equip students to understand the options available to practitioners in designing an evidence-based selection and recruitment solution. Students learn to evaluate different methods and to determine the best methods that are fit-for-purpose taking into account the scale of the Organisation, the number of appointments and the scale of the recruitment campaign required.
