Aims
This topic aims to enhance practice informed leadership of students engaged in human service provision. Students will explore the interaction of practice, systems, policy, collaboration and co-design in the context of leadership in human services. Students will examine and reflect on their leadership style, flexibility, adaptability and innovation.
Learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Reflect upon leadership style, approach and skills to develop a leadership action plan
2.
Articulate the complex and dynamic nature of human service leadership and formulate innovative solutions
3.
Demonstrate integration of collaboration, co-design and advocacy in approaches to leadership
