Aims

Students will review current strategies for maximising participation and retention and analysis new approaches in the literature which can be applied in a variety of coaching contexts. Students will design, implement new or refine existing, and evaluate methods for maximizing participation and retention in situ based on an understanding of theoretical concepts. Student will reflect on participation and retention outcomes from a psychosocial perspective and develop new skills, knowledges, and understandings for future coaching practice.
