Aims

The topic aims to:

  • Develop students' knowledge of the importance of psychology to a range of health-related settings to facilitate interprofessional practice and person-centred care
  • Provide opportunities to apply health and developmental psychology theories to health and illness

Learning outcomes

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Explain the impact of health crises on psychological development
