Aims

This topic aims to develop and deepen students knowledge of leadership theory and practice, their personal leadership style and that of others around them.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

Understand, identify and explain key leadership theories and approaches

Identify their own definition of leadership and compare and contrast this with key leadership theories and approaches
3.
Explicate how to develop and enhance their own leadership style as advocates for health
