Aims
The course is designed to develop executive level leadership knowledge and skills for people working in the health and aged care sectors. The course aims to assist executives and senior managers in preparing their organisation for the future in an environment of shifting policies, changing consumer expectations and digital disruption. Through an experiential learning approach, using teams embedded in organisations, it is expected that the course will also contribute to organisational learning.
Learning outcomes
On completion of the course you will be able to:

Evaluate leadership concepts and apply them appropriately to your practice of managing people and organisations
2.
Critique the interrelationship between organisational climate, dynamics and leadership behaviours
3.
Value the capacity for lifelong learning and how it contributes to organisational learning and change
