Aims
The Bachelor of Health Sciences (Vision Science) is designed to produce graduates who as health scientists are specialists in the area of vision science and possess well-developed skills to undertake a range of careers within the health sciences
Learning outcomes
On completion of the course you will be able to:

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the fundamental science underpinning the fields of medical science and your science discipline and have a range of transferable professional skills

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the factors that influence sight and the visual system
3.
Employ a range of verbal and non-verbal communication skills to ensure safe, respectful, and effective care with culturally and linguistically diverse patients
4.
Appreciate the cross-disciplinary nature of the health sciences and work, as appropriate, with other health professionals
5.
Evaluate current knowledge, scientific advances, and the social and cultural dimensions of patient care to apply problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills
