The minor aims to provide students with skills and experience to:

Learning outcomes
On completion students will be able to:

Interpret scientific research artefacts, including journal articles, case studies, and evaluation reports, to inform practice
2.
Apply the core principles of research (doubt, humility, empiricism) through a lens of professional values, ethics, and reflexivity
3.
Differentiate a variety of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, assessing their appropriateness for different questions in practice settings
4.
Design and execute simple research or evaluations that address real-world problems, producing relevant and actionable outcomes
5.
Communicate research and evaluation findings effectively to stakeholders
