Aims

The course aims to provide students with the ability to apply knowledge and skills in relation to public health principles, values and practices that reduce inequity in health care access and health outcomes, and improve population health status.

Student progression rules

Note that students who wish to use their masters qualification to satisfy entry into a Flinders University research higher degree program are required to have completed at least an 18 unit postgraduate research component.

Student Progress Section: Students must have achieved a GPA of at least 5 in 36 units of topics to be able to undertake the Coursework with Research Component stream.
